FUTURE GALLERY will began leasing studio space to five artists beginning January 1, 2023. This form serves as the official application to rent space within FUTURE GALLERY.
Completed applications will be reviewed and applicants will be contacted on a first come, first considered basis. Applications will serve as a waitlist.
Single-tenant studios are available for 3 month, 6 month and 12 month lease terms, with an option to renew based on review. 6 month lease term includes one week solo exhibit within the gallery space. 12 month lease term includes a two week solo exhibit. Studio resident solo shows artist sales commission is only 10%.
Rental amenities include 24/7 access, WIFI, participation in open studios (once monthly), and group exhibitions curated by gallery. All Studio artists all welcome to exhibit during gallery group exhibits with work fitting exhibit theme. During gallery curated group exhibits studio artists only pay 15% sales commission. Studio artists sales during studio visits and sales from within their studio pay no sales commission.
Studio spaces cannot be shared under any circumstances.
PRICING
Approximately 175 square feet
$400/month – 3, 6 or 12 month lease
PLEASE NOTE that space rentals will require a security deposit in the amount of one months rent for the space. More details will be provided in the lease agreement, should the applicant be selected.
